Botanical Overview

Clubmoss (Lycopodium selago) belongs to the Lycopodiaceae family. Limited but reliable traditional records indicate this plant has recognized medicinal applications in one or more healing traditions. The clubmoss family (Lycopodiaceae) includes evergreen, moss-like plants with creeping stems and upright branches covered in small, scale-like leaves.
