Botanical Overview

Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium) belongs to the Apiaceae family. While not among the most extensively documented medicinal plants, this species has recorded uses that warrant attention from researchers and practitioners. The carrot family (Apiaceae) includes herbs with hollow stems, alternate leaves, and distinctive umbrella-shaped flower clusters called umbels. General Description
